  Site threatened by construction approval for a private project by Beirut trade. The permit was given by Minister Layoun on the condition that a public museum is opened on the first floor of the project, which is an impossible thing from an archeological point of view. A case has been opened in 2012 with Shoura Council and is still being followed up by APLH.
