  The building was built in the late ottoman period, as attested by the materials and style of this building that refer to ottoman construction. It consists of two stories, the intermediate floor constructed from wooden beams and joists where marble tiles are installed on its final layer. Its pitched roof was constructed respecting the heights required in the ottoman building laws. Walls are from lime stones plastered by lime wash.
